Health tips to follow




1🍁. Eat only when hungry. Drink water if you are thirsty. Avoid cold drinks.

2🍁. Eat plenty of your favorite food without fear when hungry. Any food that is eaten when hungry is easily digested. Relax and eat the food. Don't eat and watch TV.

3🍁. Sit on the floor and eat. Eat with your fingers. Those who don't have a hand need a spoon. Contact with your digestive tract and fingers.

Avoid processed foods and refrigerated foods. Never buy what is advertised.
